Simple controller code running on client

saying "client :foo" should tell the controller that the foo action runs on the client.

Also, should links (link_to*, form*) pointing to :action => "foo" be automatically converted to invoke it on the client? Or should we just provide equivalents to link_to*/form* and require people to be explicit?

    Currently this works for only one controller; ClientController. Need to make this work for any controller.

    Also, only link_to_remote gets converted to invoke actions on the client. Should support all link/form methods.
