Hidden "." folders aren't a good idea, let's move it to /tmp

- moves /app/.client to /tmp/client [#5 state:resolved]
- moves /app/client to /lib/client [#2 state:resolved]
- Install hook to copy IronRuby and clientaccesspolicy.xml into the project.
- More plugin refactoring
